Heeeeeeerrrrreeee'''ssss CLAPTRAP!
That’s right Gearbox have finally given us our first glimpse of Clap Trap the Frag Trap from Borderlands the Pre Sequel and he looks awesome.
The trailer finally confirms Claptraps action skill or should I say skills as it would have us believe he has 8 different skills… whether these will be selectable or generate at random we don’t know but each one looks brilliant
Torgue Fiesta - This looks like he just throws a number of grenades
Funzerker - duel wielding
Laser inferno - a large disco ball appears above your head to fire lasers (of awesome)
Shhhhhhhh… Trap - he creates a decoy clap trap… that dances
One Shot Wonder - One shot kills
Rubber Ducky - No idea
Later in the trailer we also see clap trap with wings of fire that strongly resemble that of Maya in Borderlands 2, and also Claptrap as a pirate ship…..
The trailer also confirms:
- Moxxi is seen for the first time
- New flying mobs
- Early developed loaders that resemble the Power loader from the Alien films
- Im pretty sure I saw Roland and Llith
- There is also a brief shot of a new female character that resembles an older Tiny Tina but since this is the presequal, this could be her mother.
- New luna vehicles
