So we thought it was all quiet in the Bungie office, Alpha/BETA has finished up and closed, work begins on the final touches to what is, I believe, going to be the game of the year...what else can you expect...other than news of an expansion, multiplayer teaser trailer and a look at a few pieces of loot? Nope I didn't expect it either. Since the closure of the open BETA the gaming world has been rather quiet when it comes to Destiny. But at Sony's Gamescom Bungie released this rather short but incredibly explosive trailer which presents Destiny's Multiplayer experience and what it has to offer.

With Skirmish seems to be dealing with small quick team based matches, Rumble comes across to me as an all out deathmatch sort of affair, Salvage speaks for it's self in the sense that you'll be expected to recover the most amount of relics and essentially keeping them safe? Clash can only possibly be the Team-Deathmatch element within the game, Combined Arms is possibly a Clash+Vehicles mashup and Control is pretty self-explanatory. All this can be expected in an already mind meltingly amazing game.

We are also introduced to what I assume is "Epic or Rare" loot from banners to armour as well as weaponry to arm your guardian.

Bungie also took to the stage at Gamescom to annonce that there will be some timed exclusive content to the Playstation platforms from a multiplayer map to a co-op strike mission.

And if all this wasn't enough we also had the developers announce that Destiny's first expansion will be coming this December!

We are weeks away from Destiny's final release and I CAN'T FRIGGIN WAIT!!!
