Xbox One Outsells PS4 Last Week In UK

A 155% price jump in recent figures has seen the Xbox One outsell the Playstation 4 for the past week, according to a retail source. A report on MCVUK cites that an anonymous source, the key word being anonymous, is claiming Xbox One consoles were out selling the PS4 nearly 2 consoles to 1. We could easily assume that this could be from the release of FIFA 15 and also the fact that the Xbox One took a £20 price slash in recent days, this may well not be the case though. MCVUK have also reported that both PS4 AND Xbox 360 out sold the Xbox One for copies sold of FIFA15 (Article Here). With the PS4 netting a 32% share on the sales over Friday and Saturday it outsold the Xbox One version by 100,000 copies. The Xbox 360 however accounted for 30% of the launch sales with the One claiming just 22%, oh and the PS3 15%.

Clever reporting would suggest that Sony won the launch day war for FIFA 15 where as clearly Microsoft did with sales towards platform, whether it be next gen or not.
